[Returns and Exchanges]

Returns and exchanges are available for items up to 30 days after the initial date of purchase.

To refund or exchange an item, email our Customer Service email with your order confirmation number (#xxxx), the item(s) you would like returned/exchanged, provide proof of purchase and your reason for the return/exchange. You must return/exchange your order to us with an attached tracking number through email. All contents of the returned/exchanged package must match those of the return request.

To exchange an item, we must (a) have all the above information, (b) the item you wish to exchange your item out for, (c) available stock for your exchange to be eligible.

[Refunds]

In order to receive a refund on your purchase, you must return your package to us through the required steps outlined under Returns and Exchanges.

If one or more steps are not followed we reserve the right to deny your refund. Our refunds will not exceed the price of the products purchased by you on our website. Opening a chargeback request with us will result in the denial of your refund.

We are not financially responsible for the state of our products once they have been shipped out. This includes without limitation (a) lost or damaged goods, (b)
